RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES

To get a full refund, the item must be returned within 30 days, with less UPS published shipping rate. The product must still be in new, saleable condition and in original packaging. The free items or gifts, that came with the product, must also be in a saleable condition. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of the item from the refund if the free item is not returned. A shipment and restocking fee will be charged on orders that were refused by the customer or were undeliverables upon return of the order. Unless there are defects, the seasonal items, books, videos, and DVD’s, may not be returned for credit or exchange. Items with defects will be replaced with the same titled item.

Unless there are defects, the seasonal items, books, videos, and DVD’s, may not be returned for credit or exchange and items with defects will be replaced with the same titled item.

For any repairs or replacements, the products under the manufacturer’s warranty time frame must be returned to the manufacturer. The manufacturer may consider merchandise that has failed due to ill-advised activity or use, client disregard, lightning damage or other acts of God, or accidental vandalism may not be acknowledged as a repair of return.

Shipping Policy

Upon confirmation of payment, your item will be processed for shipment within the same business day. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. Our shop will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
